BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 5749 Brainerd Road, being on the northwest line of Brainerd Road northeast of Old Mission Road. An unplatted tract as described in deed book 1945, page 392, R.O.H.C. Tax Map No. 157L-C-5. from C-1 Highway Commercial Zone to C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone. SECTION 2.
